The Beauty of Nature's Healing Power

"Nature's he­aling power" is about renewal. With the sunrise, we have a chance to start fresh each morning. When walking in the forest, we enjoy nature's peaceful atmosphere. Climbing to the top of a mountain, help us pushing our limits and gaining new perspectives along with the purest feeling of achievement.  I learned early in my teenage years that connecting with the­ outdoors brings a profound sense of gratitude, wonder and introspection. It helps push back our own mental and physical limits and embrace the part of ourselves we were longing to discover or to reveal. You can find the joy of nature in your traveling adventures, or in the quiet gateway of our urban city parks. This visual journey also reminds us that nature all around is as soothing as powerful. 

You might be busy with work or any kind of mundane concerns which makes it difficult for you to take a break and enjoy the outdoors. If that's your case, don't worry! There are always alternatives. Yes, you can trick your brain to make him think you are surrounded by nature. How, you may ask ? Well, first step is, set aside at least 15 mn throughout your day to meditate. Then you can go on Youtube, and tap "nature sounds relaxing music" for example. You will find several different types of videos sharing nature's sounds and meditations. Pick one that truly makes you feel at peace, close your eyes and let the magic happen. Remember, it takes practice and repetition to be able to see the benefits. Take your time and do it on your own rhythm!
